BlackBerry Shutdown May Hurt U.S.

Research In Motion Ltd. says its BlackBerry e-mail device is so critical that a court-ordered shutdown of U.S. service could threaten public safety and business productivity.

This issue seems rather cut and dry. Either RIM has infringed on the patent or they haven't. Since it has been decided that they did, the court just needs to require RIM to pay past and future royalties at a reasonable rate. Let's get this done already.
