Itunes - Motorolla Phone

by admin 8. October 2005 15:10

Apple with Motorolla released an Itunes capable phone. The ROKR is available only with cellular service through Cingular. This just seems like a wasteful purchase. At approximately $250 for the phone, you can only store 100 songs!

This is not because of a hardware limitation (i.e. storage capacity - which is never disclosed), but rather a software limit put in place by either Apple or Motorola (the maker of the phone). No one has much to say about why.

Bottom line, really lame product, don't buy. If you want music on your phone that badly, buy a PDA phone, an appropriate memory stick and store your music there. It will be better and hold a lot more.
